I’ve had a great experience with Figo’s claim process. When my dog had diarrhea in December 2023, the claim was processed within just one week. Then, in February 2024, when she needed sutures for a nose injury that required sedation surgery, the claim was processed incredibly fast, in only two days.

I opted for a pet insurance plan with a wellness component, and my annual premium went up by $120, totaling $419.88 this year, which breaks down to $34.99 monthly. So far this year, my approved claims under the wellness plan have covered a heartworm test and a year’s supply of Simparica Trio, hitting the $150 limit for that category, as well as chewable immune supplements and shampoo.

Lemonade has been a lifesaver for my rescue puppy! Less than two weeks after getting her insured, she broke her leg, and they covered 80% of the costs. They’ve reimbursed over $5,000 for this incident, and my monthly premium is only $32, making me a very satisfied customer.

Having Pets Best insurance has been a positive experience for me. In my dog’s second year with them, they’ve already reimbursed over $4,000 in vet expenses. Even though my premiums have increased somewhat, the significant payouts we’ve received make it feel entirely worth the cost. I know another Pets Best user with an unlimited plan, a $1,000 deductible, and a 90/10 split has received over $15,000 in reimbursements, typically within 7-8 days of filing a claim.

I’ve been with Embrace since 2014, and while their service used to be outstanding, it’s now just okay. However, when I do submit claims, I’ve found their reimbursement process to be quite quick. Typically, it takes about 3-4 days from submitting the claim to it being processed, and then another two days or so for the direct deposit to hit my account (it takes longer if they mail a check).
